St Vlas is becoming increasingly popular as an elite vacation venue. The climate is regarded as one of the countries main attractions with hot and dry summers that remain comfortable due to low humidity.The Black Sea is warmer than the Med.... Prices in Bulgaria are extremely cheap. Expect to pay about £4.50 for a Litre bottle of Vodka at the nearby supermarket, about £0.50 for a 500ML Ice Cold Kamenitza Beer at Djanny's restaurant in Sunny Beach !

Electric Oven, 2 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle toaster, coffee maker.
Kitchen:
3 piece suite with bed settee, 6 seater dining room table, 2 small tables, 28" colour TV, Satellite TV with numerous european and english language channels, DVD player, and Air Conditioning unit. Balcony overlooking pool.
Lounge/Diner :
.(1st is en suite) Bathroom with bath and shower attachment.
Bathroom No.2 :
Entrance hallway with large mirror, coat hooks and shoe rack.
Hallway:
Clothes drier, ironing board and iron, Cutlery, dishes, glasses and cooking pots. Main balcony has patio table and 4 chairs.
Other:
Bed linen and towels for use "in" the Apartment are provided.
Towels/Linen :
Private well maintained gardens, large private pool for residents only, small shallow pool for children. Sun loungers, tables and chairs.
Outside :
As guests at the Watermill you will have access to private beach beside the marina and use of facilities at other nearby complexes.
Other Facilities :
The Apartment is Approx 25 minutes by taxi from Bourgas Airport and Approx 1 hour 30 minutes from Varna Airport
Airports :
We employ an English couple who stay in Bulgaria to maintain/clean the apartment. They can provide Airport collection service charged at local rate ( 60 lev each way). They will provide the necessary information regarding the apartment and surrounding areas and will also provide you with a 24hr emergency contact number.
Meet and Greet :
Although Bulgaria is now part of the European Union the currency is still the Bulgarian Lev. From past experience we found the best exchange rate at cash machine in St Vlas square.
